From the Author . . . I found myself asking if there was one message from God more than any other that we needed to hear in the twenty-first century.

What should be the highest priority in our personal Christina lives for the new century? I became increasingly convinced that there was such a theme. . . . that theme was prayer.

As Christians we all need a deeper understanding of prayer, for what higher hope can we possibly have than to be linked with the Creator of the universe, to be able to tap His divine power?

Nothing can be more pressing than that God’s people should experience all the supernatural power he has available for them.
